Our property was damaged by storms. PROPERTY SERVICE GROUP, INC was sent to our house by the Cardinal Management Group property manager to write up an estimate, repair our home, and work with the insurance company for payment. From the date of the damage to our house to the completion of work was over 6 months. We later figured out the 2 companies are really 1. They never revealed that fact. The work was substandard, untimely, and property manager misrepresented the work, and charged extraordinary high prices. They charge our HOA for services they did not perform. WOW!
