We had asked  for help  to give us  the password  for the EA6500 Linksys  Router  because we could not access the intenet  with our Samsung Tablet without the password.

They  did not resolve the issue , we were not given the password.

Just received  my  Visa statement and there is a charge from Prosoft3Dcom Burlington for $35.73 on Dec. 23/2014.

I find this unacceptable to be charged for  a service that did not provide the promised result.
