Prospect Equities ripoff, took my money and ran. would not give a refund for services not rendered Orland Park Illinois

This is a real estate agency. You pre pay an office fee and also for advertising costs. I joined this company in December of 2003. I was told that upon release of my licnece by Broker/Owner, Rich Killian that he would refund my un used portion of my money. When that happend in Feb. of 2004 he would not refund my money. He told me that he was loosing money on my account becuase I was generating too much buisness. So he cancelled all my listings and left my clients out in the cold. Not to mention I had to pay hundreds of dollars to get back up and running again as a realtor. He also refused to refund the money that I paid for advertsing that he never even had done. When I requested a refund he told me "Too Bad". I want other Realtors to be aware of this man, and his scamming buisness. If you join with his company you are going to be out hundreds of dollars like I was. I wanted a small refund of $210.00 and he refused to give it to me. That would have been just a small amount compared to what it has cost me to get my buisness back up and running due to his poor buisness practices!!!
