Protect Plus And Galleria USA Aka Dealpass.com ripoff - unauthorized use of my credit card Internet

Last month's credit card statement had 2 strange transactions on it, one for Protect Plus and one for Galleria USA. I thought this was strange since I haven't used that cc in years and it's on file for my AOL payments only, I don't even know the cc#. I called my credit card company and they reversed the charges. The charges showed up again this month. I called and cancelled both accounts that I never started to begin with, both companies shared the same web site, dealpass.com.
How did this company get my credit card information when AOL is the only one that has it on file? How many others are being ripped off?
