ProTeleServices Dale Martin Asked that I overnight a check for marketing services and never started, let alone completed the job. Ripped me off for $750.00 and will not return calls and lied about mailing out a refund. ripoff Rockford Michigan

I signed a contract with ProTeleServices on 3/31/2006 and mailed them $750.00 (they wanted $1500 up front, but I was not comfortable sending the entire amount until I got some results, they accepted my terms with no real arguement) to obtain appointment booking services for my Insurance Agency.
The check was cashed immediately, but we never received any service. We have been promised a refund check several times with no results and are now having to go to small claims court to get our money.
Dale Martin is a liar and a crook. He has 13 complaints about his company in the last 36 months w/ BBB (I wish I would have checked before I mailed that check!) I'm sure this guy has commited fraud on a much larger scale- I would love to put him behind bars!
