Rebate received by Tripp Lite on 11/17/05. (10-12 weeks processing).

Called on 3/2/06 and was told I would have rebate within 15 days.

Called on 3/27/06 and was told rebate was in the mail.

Called on 4/04/06 and was told rebate would take another 30 days to process.
