I ordered a trial order of Nugenix from PSV Health Sciences Institute for $4.95 on april 22, 2017.  I checked my charge and discovered that they charged me $37.00.  suppositly it was shipped the next day.  I have yet been notified if it has been shipped or any explanation as to why they overcharged me. I tried calling the number supplied to me by my charge card and only got options (1,2,3,4) and none of them worked. no human contact at all!

I have notified my bank to dispute the charge but they siad it may take some time to credit my account. I may have to change my account number to prevent more illegal charges to my account.

Any suggestions?
