The problem is not about judging whether psychics are real or not. Although I would argue, if there were psychics, what's the point of living? The problem is that if PS (I've only tried PS and Keen. Keen was abysmally bad) is so sure of their "talent" why not be transparent? They are deceptive and secretive as to how their company operates. Why have a customer feedback policy that is censored by the company? And they DO censor. I've had their own representative tell me that the posting is not immediate because it does on the back end. My negative feedback about a very highly rated advisor was never posted and they refused to post it even though it was not vulgar, profane or offensive. Simply because the advisor gave it away to me during a call that he knew which other 5 stars I had spoken with and I wrote that in my review. I even put in my review that I would retract my rating if his prediction came to fruition. From my own work experience, I can tell you that when a company has this kind of a policy, it usually because they are not ethical.
Just look at their advisor ratings. Many have thousands and thousands, but only a small fraction of customer reviews are actually posted for those ratings and if u read through them, you will find it is the same people. Over and over. And over.
If you want to make your future better when going through a rough time, it's wiser to spend your money on a shrink.

I want to start off and say I am NOT employee of Psychic Source or anything line. I am a customer and have used them.
This particular report has caught my attention.
I cant make out if it is a disgruntle customer or someone who spent a ton of money to make a point. But I am not here to bring this person down. This is their take.
I am not here to try to sway anyones opinion or beliefs. Only here to state my truth.
I want people to understand a little of what happens when they call. Yes, there are just bad readers who have a knack on picking up clues. Those are bad readers and its probably more that they are determined to connect with you for whatever reasons. Yes, your reading can depend on your mood. Those are empathic readings. Everyone has that. Think about it sometimes you get a feeling or someone rubs you the wrong way you do sense them. It is whether or not you choose to feel it.
There are readings with Tarot cards and astrology. I dont agree with them. Time cannot be judged and everyone is an individual so you can't use a blanket description, but some people truly follow it. That is their belief and it makes them happy. So be it.
I wont go into how someone operates. I will only be attacked. Just know that everyone has many paths they can take in life. And some people are good at seeing this. This is not new-age jargon. This is life. Nothing in life is permanent except death So whatever is told to you can be changed.
If a reader laughs at you, hang up. If anyone laughs at you, cut them off. Life is too short to take that on.
Also - Hollywood Psychics is a discount version of Psychic Source. this is NOT a testing site. Just a way for someone to not pay the very expensive rate. The higher rated psychics are not on this site but there are some that honest and friendly and do NOT tell you what to want to hear.
Now my opinions about this site recently have changed- do i think they are getting greedy and it is too expensive? Yes. do I think it is the company that is doing this? yes... The readers do NOT make as much as you think. it is cents to what they are charging. So its not ALL for the money.
There is fine line between the Randi Foundation stance and that of someone on the opposition. . Both are passionate it about it and feel they are helping people. Like the accusations of people responding to complaints are in fact employees. Not true. Randi Foundation is entitled to preach and spread the word, but the tactics and comments are more bullying people into agreeing with them. I have seen it on many occasions and after I post this, you will see it. I will not go into the Million Dollar Challenge. We will never know who went for it or not. The tests are conducted on what he feels a psychic should do. Those are the foundations beliefs and they have right to feel that way, but it is also okay to disagree with it.
I personally have seen things unfold that were told me. These were not 50/50 situations. These were specific things that happened that I brushed off. I have had people pick up on specific names, situations and locations that they have NO way knowing. It was actually pretty fun.
People need to make a living and trust me there are BIGGER crooks than what you are accusing here. And these are people you trust.
I think it best for people to just agree to disagree or call or not call Whatever makes you feel better. Just remember what you put out there, you will receive it back.

Ditto for Hollywood Psychics

I have to laugh at the psycho analyze bit. I love when they cannot get any information about your situation and they start to tell you about your personality. "You're like ....." Seriously, can any dumb boob off the street not pick up a phone and form an impression of the personality of the person on the other end! How psychic! Not.
THey also waste time in New Age babble, telling you about the Secret, or to magically wish things would happen, or to think positively. Please.
I have even had these readers laugh at me and mae fun of my situation -- including Marie of Hollywood Psychics. I know others have judged my situation and copted a holier than thou attitude and started to give me attitude if they judged (often incorrectly) a situation I called about.
These people are frauds. What is dangerous is that sometimes they will come up with some information that is so uncanny. One reader could actually tell me to the day when something would happen -- and then all of a sudden, she was no longer accurate. How is that possible?
THey also tend to extrapolate based upon their understanding of sociology/psychology. So women/men/whoever tend to do x in a given situation...they will tell you, that he/she/it is probably doing to do/think..whatever. That is not psychic. That is an educated guess. You are not calling for educated guesses.
I guess for a while I was fooled because they seemed so accurate until I realized that they werent and were playing me for a fool. I finally laughed when I was given some improbable date in the future for something to happen..that that was the end for me. (It was suppose to happen this month...now it's 2 years from now!)
They also play with your emotions and opening up to them can lead you quickly on a downward spiral. The truth is they don't care about you. Nor are they consistently accurate.
I concur with what everyone else has said about these readers. They do share information. THey go off information you said. What I want to know is how is it that they mirror whatever I happen to be thinking at the time. How is being a mirror helpful to me? For example, when I called about a situation fraught with danger whichI didn't know to be dangerous until well after the fact. Hollywood psychics encouraged me, told me how great it was, that I should accept this offer.
Later, it became clear that this was a professional trap. Then PS advised me to get out. Gee, why didn't they see this up front and warn me then so I could have avoided it altogether. If I am close ot my bf, he "adores" me. If I am distant (as in we both are preoccupied with work), our "chakras" aren't aligning up and this will only b ea temporary thing. Really, if we aren't gushing over each other 24/7, we will be breaking up?
If am feeeling positive, I am giving a positive outcome. If I am feeling negative, a negative outcome.
Oh my God, the psycho babble, the new age puffery, the false predictions....is there no end to this sanity.
I just want my money back. I am done. Yes, I was in a vulnerable place when they called and they took advantage of me. I am also worried about their demand/entitlement for personal information -- full name, locationk occupation, name of employer, etc, or questions about personal information about your question. No reader needs this. If you don't provide it, they get snippy and hang up on you. Queen does this in particular. Identity theft anyone?
Not only are these readers horribly inaccurate, but they are stupid about psychology and basic human interactions. Calling these people is like calling the local drunk for advice and paying him $200/hr to give it.
Enough. Just say no to this racket.

"FYI, real psychics do not do the online scams, have store fronts or go on reality shows "
Do tell. Tell us of ANY psychic who has won the Randi Foundation $1,000,000 challenge? Even Sylvia Browne (Montell's favorite charlatan) has refused to even ATTEMPT the challenge.
Here's a hint: they are ALL fakes! The only thing any of them can accurately forsee is seperating you from your money.
