Would not recommend hiring John for anything. He does great work when he shows up, but you can’t depend on him to finish a job. I had hired him several years back to do monthly yard work, then he just quit showing up and would not return my phone calls. Then several years later he shows up at my door and apologized and ask for me to hire him back. Reluctantly I did because he promised me he would not do it again. Then 3 years later he just quits showing up again.

The problem this time though I was in the middle of a landscaping job. He had rocks in my yard that was not safe how they were. Again would not return my calls or show up. Plus he owes me for an orange tree he planted that died and was going to replace. Unless you have a project that will only take one day or a few hours do not hire this man. There is a good chance he will not finish it.
