WEbsie for people finder/investigatoin service.  After accepting membersihp/sign up fee, the  service promised  was not provided.


PUBLIC RECORDS


CHECKS.COM verified they have records that I requested, but then required additional fees to retreive the information from their files.  


PUBLICRECORDSCHECK.COM original advertisment assured "No addditional/hidden costs


I have demanded a refund, and informed that  Ripoffreport has been notified


They have granted a refund.  I will update this report if/ and when refund is verified.
