So this person wishes to date YOU, and for NINE MONTHS you string them along, and NOW all of a sudden YOU don't want the attention?? If YOU were as offended by this person attempting to make a relationship with YOU, then YOU would have told them NO!!! Most men will ONLY pursue IF there is an actual chance. If there is no chance of intimacy then they would move on. YOU cannot lead them on THEN call harassment. THAT is WRONG and a VERY common thing for women to do.
