Beware... False advertising...

On the homepage I ran a search for criminal records on an individual in Canada. The preliminary search indicated results in all categories were available to "registered users"

I paid the "one-time" fee of $15.99 and logged in to view results but the site only searches for individuals in the USA.

I have contacted customer support to request a refund but no response. My next step is to contact Clickbank to dispute the charge.
