publishers national associated services bait and switch high presure unethical sales tactics blasdell New York

Sales rep called me at work on 2/13 and spent a long time trying to sell me subscriptions to 5 magazines for $13 a month. She told me I could cancel at any time because it "wasn't a real contract." She couldn't get 5 magazines I would look at, she said I would be able to go on a website and change my subscriptions. She transferred the call to someone else and he ran over what she said. In 3/13 I received payment slips with a written agreement requesting a initial payment I wrote a letter saying I was not interested in completing or making the initial payment and mailed everything back to them. I never got a magazine, I never made a initial payment to start the subscription.  They never kept their agreement. All I have received with any regularity are bills and harassing phone calls from Dorothy.  I would contact the magazine companies and cancel any subscriptions in my name but I never got any.  I want nothing to do with such a sleazy organization after reading some of the rip off reports.  They tried to sell me the subscriptions under false pretenses. Dorothy said I am mandated to pay and take the subscribtion. I am not the only one complaining to the BBB and there is numerous stories on the Internet against publishers national associated services my experience is not unique. I will file a complain with the Federal Trade Commission also. This is a sleazy bait & switch magazine sales companies with unethical high pressure tactics..
