Puerto Vallarta Dream Rentals Alma Piedra BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY; Ms. Alma is a devious liar, cheat & thief. She knowingly rented a condo in the Avalon Condominium complex for 1 year when she knew we had contracted it for February & March, 2018. We have complained to Tourism Mexico about her thieving tourist scam and hope her consequences will be quick and harsh. My husband and i stand to lose a very considerable amount of money. I am not sure why you are leaving such spiteful remarks about our company, We have no idea as to who you are and it seems your distress is making you lash out towards us unfairly. I suggest you reach out to whom ever YOU rented the unit you claim to have secured and channel your resentment accordingly. If you invested half the energy and ill will you have againts us to resolve the situation and deal with the people who you claim to have done business with you may accomplish something. I would like to emphasize that we at no point in time have been in touch with you or husband. We would appreciate it if you leave us out of your tantrum and we wish you the best.
To make things worst, this site itself is a scam used to blackmail companies into paying them to supposedly turn bad reviews into a positive experience. After the review was posted we received numerous emails and calls from companies that can help you take down the review for several thousands of dollars. Well guess what? You cannot take down a review and they cannot change what someone posted about your company.
| Ripoff Report EDitor’s Comment: Ripoff Report does not take Reports down for money. (the Russian owned websites that have ripped off our content do that). Ripoff Report has always had a uniform policy to not remove Reports. There are SEO / Reputation Management companies that make calls to everyone with complaints and make claims they can get Ripoff Report(s) removed. They all lie. Unless they are using an illegal hack, they cannot remove or push down Ripoff Report, period. (those who have hacked Ripoff Report have been arrested, all Reports that get hacked go right back up to the top of the search engines). Ripoff Report does have a program for any business that wants to take care of their customers from the past and make a commitment to customer satisfaction in the future, everything within reason. We all make mistakes, how a business takes care of those mistakes is what separates good businesses from the rest. Here is what a business must agree to that becomes a member of Ripoff Report’s Corporate Advocacy Program. These are businesses consumers can trust. Read about the CAP program here.
