Pulse TV Pulse Tv is a rip off. Their "Color Scan Candles" don't scan any color as advertised. When confronted they would not return shipping cost for a product that I believe was misrepresented. Rip Off! Internet

Pulse Tv is a rip off. They advertise a "Color Scan Candle" that will scan any color and then copy that color. In fact they scan only basic colors for a color wheel that they provide with the product. I couldn't even get those to scan!. When I complained to the company that I was not satisfied and that I felt they had misrepresented the product, they were not interested in refunding my cost plus shipping. The only refunded the cost less the cost of shipping. So I ended up paying almost $25 in shipping for nothing. They are the biggest rip off. Do not buy their products, if you don't like them you will be out a lot of money and be left with nothing.
