I ordered a pool pump from pump warehouse. I received the pump but it had some broken and missing parts (November 2003). I called 814-623-2240 and was promised the repair parts would be shipped. It is now January 30, 2004 and they will not answer any calls or messages. I have been hung-up on the few times someone answers the phone. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF!
