As the owner of Puppy Love Hotel I can tell you that our hotel takes great care of our clients. I do believe I know this case and that on a Sunday we accommodated you by letting these dogs be dropped off when we were not open. Also you requested that your 3 dogs stay in our 6x6 kennel and that you brought two largely oversized beds. Two of the three dogs in question were puppies. All dogs at our facility go out and play together while we are open. I am well aware that the beds were damp and made the owner aware of this and said that they were too large too fit into our washer. They weren't that damp because I myself picked them up by hand and handed them to the owner. The puppies in question often splashed around in their bowls making it hard to keep the beds dry. At that time the owner stated that it was to be expected with the dogs and beds. All three dogs were freshly bathed and left our facility clean and happy. Their treats were given and they had one bag of 2 treats left. The rate at which a dog eats treats is not determined by me. There is fresh water readily available and we have two pools in the back with water at all times. Also the dogs ate at every meal and their water bowls was always full, there were two in their kennel as it was 3 dogs.
