Costa Rican company Pura Vida Web Design has ripped us off. We were promised search engine placement and responsive customer service, we received neither. The owner, Louis Kreuzahler, was evasive, and did not provide us any reports as promised. He gladly took our money and made promises he could never keep. It was a complete waste of time, money and a detriment to our business. Company is unresponsive, unethical and we are currently pursuing legal recourse.

Because I don't appreciate someone hiding anonymous behind a keyboard and put such stuff about me and my company on the net.So please be so kind and have your lawyer contact us.
