PURCHASE CHKMATE*INST 866 4905980 CA background check fraud payed $1 to the background check website for 24 hour use and never used it again, now the website is illegally charging me $25.63 a month and caused me to have a $35 dollar overdraft fee last month. extremely infuriated Nationwide

I was involved in credit card fraud by a background check website that claimed i could use their services for 24 hours for a trial fee of one dollar, well for the past two months this website has taken $25.63 of my money. last month i was charged a $35 dollar overdraft from my bank because of this service i dont even use, it shows up on my card as (PURCHASE CHKMATE*INST 866 4905980 CA).
