BUYERS BEWARE - In my opinion, this product is bogus and this company is dying to get your credit card number so they can start repeatedly charging your credit card for nothing. They NEVER refund the whole amount charged.... only a portion.

I was charged $78.81, then $83.80 within 15 days of each other from this company. I tried to call and cancel the trial (per the terms and conditions) but could not get through on the phone to them to do so. Each time I called, the call center was experiencing technical difficulties and couldn't process my cancellation. How convenient to have their call center down so that no one can cancel their subscription and then they can justify charging your credit card by not meeting their terms and conditions for cancellation.

I called 7 different times to cancel and find out what was going on. The number provided directed me to a recorded message of a woman who sounds like she recorded the message in her garage.... I knew it wasn't going to be good as soon as I heard that.

1st call - their system was down and they couldn't help me, 2nd call - their call volume was too high and they told me to call back, 3rd call - the call got picked up accidentally and I listened to an India based call center full of idiots chat about nothing.. I kept yelling "hello" into the phone but no one even knew I was there, 4th call - high call volume again, 5th call - system was down again, 6th call - Got disconnected after being on hold, 7th call - I finally got through to a rep with an attitude. The call was so obviously recorded as you can hear your every word echoed back at you to a point where it was difficult to even have a conversation with the rep.

He said he could only give me a partial refund and would stop the credit card charges. That remains to be seen. I will be canceling my credit card so these clowns don't continue to have their way with my card.

Save yourself the aggravation and don't do ANY business with this company! The product seems to be bogus; the company seems to be run by bunch of clowns in a lame call center in India. They are making money not by providing a decent product but rather by hiding behind legal jargon and giving back only giving partial refunds on unauthorized credit card charges.

If you do business with this company, get ready for your credit card to go on a joy ride at your expense and waste your time trying to get the problem resolved.
