PE Labs, pure energy products has charged my credit card fraudulently and also falsified my signature on a fax I never sent to them.

have you had any luck with getting these guys? they have threatened me with collections if I dispute this with my bank which I am anyway. I was charged $149.95 twice back to back. These crooks need to go down. please keep me informed. thanks.

i contacted local sheriffs office. one office of PE labs is in oklahoma county, the other in cleveland county. the cost to serve civil process is $50. the registered agent is jason white. i am filing civil papers to be served to PE labs in oklahoma county. does anyone else want to join and try to make this class action againt PE labs? contact me through this site.

has anyone filed a claim in small claims court against pure energy? if you file a small claim, you can drag their asses back to your home state and make them explain their actions before a judge. if pure energy does not show up, you win judgement and then have a collection company collect from pure energy.
