We wanted a bottle of pure bites, signed up for 3 bottles at $39.95 and paid $299.71 when I expected to pay $120 plus tax. I was charged 299.71. I called Dec 2 and sent email to support@purejoybites.com and they did not cancel auto refill. They shipped another $299.71 order and explained they cannot reverse charges or or cancel the order. Instead I can return by purchasing shipping and a restocking fee of $50. I sent repeated notes and calls to the (888) 373-8859 number and they did not explain to me why my subscription was not canceled and why they charged me $299.71. They're practices are shady.
