Pure Natural Take money and not provide the product or support

I placed an order for their product Pure Natural Cream on the 20th november 2017. It was a sample valued at $3.95. I read no where about a subscription and they also claimed the sample would be shipped in 24 hours. I still to this day do not have the sample. Since then i have had 2 x payments deposited from my account and still have received no product. They poorly advertised that there would be a subscription to the company and they have failed to provide and support or actual product. I wish to receive a full refund and i will be notifying my bank to not let them make any more withdrawals.
