   • Although they did not promise me (as I’m not a plumber), I’ve observed they sometimes promise plumbers exclusive installations or sales commissions, but then hand off the sale to someone else—apparently to avoid paying a commission.
   • Their lead-tracking system seems unreliable, making it easier for them to reroute business and leave partners out of the loop.

3. Overall Concerns

   • Ownership appears focused primarily on short-term profit, seemingly with little regard for honoring agreements.
   • In my experience, their lack of consistent lead-tracking leads to repeated cutoffs of those who helped expand their market presence.

If you are a distributor or a plumber considering a relationship with Pureway Filtration, I strongly suggest documenting every interaction, insisting on clear contractual terms, and staying alert for any sudden shifts in your working arrangement.
