PUREMEDS USA Credit Card information Stolen Internet

I noticed a charge on my account 3 days later from a company named Puremeds USA, so i called the 800 number and the lady told me that there was no way she could refund me the money back.

Needles to say they only charged me $4.95 which was a shipping and Handling fee. May not be alot but i was more interested in figuring out how i got this charge in the first place. I went to there website and I had never seen it before and besides it was for a male enhancement pill.

I would never had ordered this in the first place which i explained to the customer service representative. She still insisted that i couldn't get my money back though because they dont refund the shipping and handling fee so i asked to speak to the manger and she left me on hold for an hour and half so i hung up finally.

The very confusing part is on how they got my credit card information and why they charged me for shipping something they never even got a chance to ship?Very poor customer service. I have to cancel my credit card information now and Im not going to get my money back.

Do Not trust this company. They are scam artists. Computer hackers.
