http://www.purolator.com also known as Purolator Courier Ltd is one of the crapiest companies around.
A package left one of my offices on Friday MTL to Ontario and its going to arrive on Wednesday...
You call up customer service and they tell you if you are not happy to leave there services.

did you make any attempt at contacting purolator about this? It's all well and good to complain on here, but nothing will be done to rectify the problem if you don't make a formal complaint so that a manager can contact you. Also, when did you package arrive? You fail to mention key points in your report. What was the reason for the delay, if there was any? Everything Purolator does is scanned, did you track your package to see what the problem might have been?
