Ripoff Report Verified SafeLat night I check my account balance and found this ACH check withdrawn ou tof my acct for 64.50.I immediately sent a message to my bank and this morning got on the phone with them to let them know what had happened that PVC Inc; eClubUSA had cashed a check from my account saying no signature required, authorized by your customer.Not only did they receive 64.50 from my account but this unexpected, unauthorized transaction also caused a a check to bounce on my account resulting in an overdraft fee.I had never heard of this company, let alone authorized them to withdraw money from my bank account.JoannaCanton, Georgia

Unfortunately, there is not enough information in the complaint to look it up in my database. Using the name and area code from Canton I could't locate the account. Reading what she wrote it seems pretty clear she filed this before contacting us. We place our number next to every charge so anyone with a descrepency may contact us to resolveit. Usually what happens in these cases we will get contacted afterward, explain to them what the charge and services are about and they will remember joining. Many times the charges are our annual renewals for our membership. We give members a revolving credit line to purchase items from us like computers, televisions and even finance travel for them. Since we do not charge interest fees or sales tax we charge an annual member fee. Our members get emails sent upon join and evry time a payment is drafted, plus many special member offers through out the quarter. I am unsure if her issue has been resolved, but she can call me if there are questions at 877-532-2800 9am-5pm PST
