I am unsure you have contacted our member services department. The number is next to your charge.
The reason for your charge is because you were applying for New Millenium Bank which is a pre-paid credit used to rebuild or establish credit. We are abonus offer for their members. I am confused as to why you are unfamiliar with us as our offer comes as a link on the confirmation email sent to you after applying. You would have to click on the bonus credit link and then apply on our join page. There is no way to accidentally join and it doesn't make sense that someone else beside you applied for a prepaid card. Regardless. if you call us at 877-532-2800 9am-5pm PST we can assist you if you already haven't. Also, if the charge was paid we will be issuing a refund as we do anyone that cancels. Thanks
