march 29, 2004 I sent a check of $19.95 to pvi publishing, LLC. MY check was cashed and i never heard a word.

march 29, 2004 i sent a check to PVI Publishing, LLC in care of Today i can inc. the check was cashed and i never got the grant book i was regusting. it is now may 6 2004. How do i get my money back?

It is our intention to deliver the best Product and the best Customer Service in the industry. Our product is superior to any other you will find. I am sorry you have had this experience. Were you aware that you purchased an e-book? Our customer service representatives send links to the book (which you can view on-line or download in several different formats) immediately upon receipt of your check. Is it possible that you have somehow overlooked these links? Is it possible that our email to you got caught in a spam filter? Those possibilities notwithstanding, please contact our Customer Service department and we will resend you the link to your book. As always, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will refund you your money- no questions asked. never received a book as promised

I sent in a check last July, 7, 03 and have never received a book as promised in their ad for $19.95. I have tried to contact but no one will take my call.

They are collecting money and not sending the book.
