Q Pack Asia Ltd. Negotiated Deal. Sent Order Confirmation. Shipment never took place. No Reply To Our Calls or Emails Hong Kong China

On October 27th, 2008 a gentleman called Richard from Q Pack Asia Ltd. located in 3/f Office A 108 Wellington Street Sheung Wan Hong Kong Email address: qpack@biznetvigator.com + qpackasia@biznetvigator.com - sent us an Email with order confirmation for organza pouches.

Together with the OC, Richard wrote that the only accepts advance payments and that we had to wire the amount of 1,225 USD prior to shipment. We accepted these terms and conditions and wired the money after having exchanged several emails and negotiated the order during the previous three months.

Since we paid this amount we did not hear from Richard anymore. Of course, the ordered pouches never arrived and we did not receive any feedback or response from Q Pack.

Today, December 18th, 2008 ten weeks after the order confirmation we were not able to establish contact with Q Pack anymore. Mr. Richard did not reply our emails; phone and fax numbers are inactive and normal mail does not get any response.
