August 2012  I contacted this company to business with. My first order was satisfactory, it was shipped on time so i decided to place a second order this was a disaster  they overcharged they did not send the hair i requested and i also believe the hair is fake I ordered   4 packs of hair they send me 3 packs it took about 2 weeks longer  than exxpected
 
ERIC WANG refuses to send me my money back people please be careful....  this is truly a lesson learned and my money is gone!!!!!!!!
