This company charge $60 to my home telephone bill without my permission. They claim my roommate gave them permission to do so and when he called them to find out what was going on they told him he athorized it and played back the conversation that they had recorded.
No where in that coversation did he agree to having anything charged to our home telephone bill. They falsely advertised there product in order to get there money. My roommate also never signed any paper work and never sent the forms back to them.
I called to have the charges removed and the representative told me no and hung up on me. I personally think that is very improfessional.

#4 REBUTTAL Individual responds
Opportunity is a blessing

In response to the bitter Agents who were moved off this program as a result of their misrepresentation and comprehensive skills, (quite obvious in their grammar) I can see why they would seek the easiest way to retaliate.
From a human perspective this is absolutely understandable. I have been there.
There are thousands of pages on this site, some valid and some are not, however out of the thousands of sales this Company has made, through various rooms around the world, it saddens me to see them come from the Philippines. Honesty has always been my policy..."sell unto others as you would have them sell unto your Mother".
The Call center forum in the Philippines has grown to an unimaginable size, I pray in the midst of vast opportunity, the awareness level of all Agents and the country that the habit of "biting the hand that feeds you" not become a common practice.
Given the Opportunity to become a global face and share with the world the beautiful face and culture of such a truly pleasant country. This is not the image you want to portray. think of the alternative? The Call center industry over the last few years has awarded a nation who's time has now come, to better the lives of their families and country, and doing so at the rate of paying double the salary of more than 90% of the local owned companies, to include banks, I strongly advise you not to use this site to vent your anger.
The same companies and people you attack here bring millions of dollars of opportunity to the country, yes there is the potential financial gain as Americans operating in the Philippines, however more importantly it is an opportunity to feed and help educate a great country into becoming a Global force.
This industry has a down turn. ask the 6,000,000 Americans that became unemployed overnight as a result of our DNC policy, and as sad as it may sound our legislation has a bill that if passed could un employ tens of thousands of jobs in many countries. The end will come soon enough in this industry, don't rush it, enjoy it, and achieve great wealth whiles the blessing is present,
I beg of you as Agents and as the face of a great country not to use this forum to attack the very people who bring revenue to the country, Please refrain from coming to this site unless truly needed. This site is for real complaints and people who suffer as a result of "bad business". Please vent your anger in a better forum, not with false acquisitions because you have been terminated.
The same people you invite out may be the same people you have to call and ask for a living someday when your calling America. The image and message this sends to the businessman thinking of employing you may be tainted by this sort of retaliation behavior.
Trust me, I get told no! from many US companies when it comes to off shoring because of this concern. Keep this site real, not retaliating.

facts about the company that handles QITEL

i worked at Verve contact few months ago. This is a strategy that mr. herb kimble does to be able to close sales. he may say that this is not scamming but it is. he is very good at doing this. he is a small time actor back in the US.
the client that they had before pulled out the account because more than 60% of the people who signed-up have cancelled their subscription. the script used for this account would push the customers to cancel the subscription and the client was very unhappy with the results. though the campaign would hit a 2.16SPH, still the credibility and the honesty of the script being used by the reps is highly questionable. i did told mr. kimble to revise the script several times because i felt too bad about it. the script was revised more than 6 times.
i know how things are being done in the company that's why i left. integrity to oneself is very important because it would mean to degrade or uplift your morale.
working at verve was the biggest mistake that i have done in my career. being the brain and the backbone of the operations back then, it was a an experience that really have destroyed my respect to my direct superior - herb kimble.

We don't want to scam you but our supervisor and the American managing our center taught us this is how this is done. He told us that this is not scamming though. You're not the only ones scammed, we're all victims here.
The CEO of our center handling the sales is Herb Kimble and you can get to him by sending emails to herbeot@aol.com/herbeotw@aol.com.
Herb Kimble is an actor does you'll probably recognize him in one of his movies. hehehehe

i work as a customer rep and at the same time telephone sales rep

right now the company im working with is an outsourcer of this company. our company verve-contact solutions provide us the scripts and rebuttals for the said campaign.
we call people living in texas, missouri, north and south carolina, nevada and different states of america.
scripts includes: customer is going to receive a free samsung camera phone used in matrix reloaded by keannu reeves and they will receive it if they're gonna try the 1-800 voice mail service for a month for only $19.95 and a one time activation fee of $34.95 which will be included in the next local phone bill. they will say no contracts to sign and they could terminate the service at anytime with no extra cost since they dont have any binding contracts with us. even if they cancel it in the month still customer will still be charge for about $54.90 for the service and the activation fee.
they promise customer to give a samsung camera phone and when i myself call the 1-800 no. i was told by the reps that its not a digital camera phone that they're giving but its just an ordinary samsung phone with no cam. when the script states that it is a digital camera phone. sometimes i always argue with my supervisor about the misleading info but since i need work and need money to survive i guess my last option is to follow my supervisor....
our supervisor there in the center is very demanding especially raine.... she think she knows everything about the product when in fact she is not....
the one managing the contact center here in the philippines is mr. herb i cant remember his last name but don't worry you email me and i'll give you more info about quitel.
