I talked to the BBB back in 03/04 and I never got a response except a letter saying that the company sent me a phone but the company told me i was buying the phone and i could get unlimited service for only 20.00 a month but what it really ended up being was only voicemail they told me it was all services unlimited minites and everything. No one has done anything about my claim and I dont understand why. They lied to me and took my money and have not returned anything. I will be glad to return the phone I recieved I have never used it because I got something different then what I was promised and what I thought that I was paying for please help I just want my money back or the service I was promised over the phone
