Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Like others, I,m receiving watches I dd not order nor do I want. The only thing I can figure out is my personal information was hacked. I plan on contacting this company today, September 05, 2014 to stop these shipments and if my card information is being used, it is a fraudulent charge. This is definitely a rip-off of consumers.
I do not remember authorizing this Comapny to use my credit card information.

I reported QMax for the slick scam they are running. Contacted credit card company and company. QMax issued a full refund for two watches I did not order or authorize charges to my card.
10-05-2014 We received a notice this week we are being "re-charged." QMax has convinced my credit card company this is a legitimate transaction. I'm am on a fixed income, somewhat older individual, but I definitely would remember purchasing a $95.00 watch, then the next month one for $49.99. I have all the watches I will ever use and these are items you may purchase between $10.00 and $15.00 at any discount store. I really can't believe this and truly don't understand how it happened.
