qqtube.com/ They do not deliver what you paid for Internet

I got their services to get 10,000 visits to a webpage, and a third party to do 3,000. QQTube decided to stop the service since I reached 10,000, when the other company in fact delivered the 3,000. A girl named Jessica, after 8 emails insist that the 10,000 have been delivered, when in fact they still owe 3,000, So, they actually deliver false promises, because if a friend visits your page, they will take it into account as if they in fact deliver that visit for you... what a ripoff
