Contacted Qresolve due to computer problems. They guaranteed to fix computer or money back. I paid them $199.00 to remotley worked on my computer until it froze up and was stuck in safe mode. They did not know what to do at this point and asked me to purchased a recovery disc from my computer manufacturer for $250.00. And left me hanging with a computer unuseable.
