Do not pay Quaker State Commercial Finance Inc. leonard Keating and Henry Price thousands of dollars upfront fees !!!! Don t make the mistake I made ! There are many honest lenders out there that will only ask for the appraisal cost upfront and there fees are paid closing.If quaker state does not deliver like in my case your the only one out your money.
