I was dealing with a rep by the name of Arnold Rhory who is the owner this company by the name of Qualified Tradelines. He's a total scam artist. This is how he works. He will first show you the Authorized User tradeline. It'll be for a great price.

Once you're ready to move forward, he'll have you deposit the money into his Bank of America business account, ECP Solutions, Inc. Once that money is deposited, you will start to hear from him less and less. And then when the date comes when it's supposed to post, he'll tell to give it 10 days.

Once the 10 days comes and passes, you'll never hear from him again. He offers no refunds. Do not do any business with this individual or any of his companies. He's a true scam artist.
