Bottemline is that the gave us a room with a broken toilet. Never offered us another room. Our only option was to go down stairs and use the public bathroom downstairs. When i complained i was told theyll fix it for the next guest. Then after complaining they sid they would give me 10$ back ( which thet never did ). I guess when you pay full price for a hotel room you cant expect a toliet.
