Quality Smith Inc Bad Leads, Bad Information. Leads you can't use. Internet
*UPDATE Employee: Response from QualitySmith
This company sells leads to contractors. We bought around 14 to 15 leads from them, a lot of these leads had the wrong information from the customer, even non existent addresses. They tell you that have an excellent screening process for this leads, and that they filter the bad ones. It looks like we got all the bad ones then, because we were unable to contact most of this customers.
I would not recommend this service to anybody. Look for other companies and spend better your money.

#1 UPDATE Employee
Response from QualitySmith
AUTHOR: QS - (USA)
SUBMITTED: Wednesday, February 17, 2010
We are sorry that you were so unsatisfied with these leads. I am not responding to contradict your experience. You obviously had a bad experience and you have shared that here using reasonable language.
QualitySmith leads are subjected to address and phone verification, including additional levels of automated and manual confirmation when verification fails. As with any lead service this cannot produce perfect results, and the imperfect ones can result in bad experiences. We urge contractors to run 50+ leads through their sales process while carefully tracking the results all the way to completed jobs and collected revenue. This produces a true cost of customer acquisition and relates it to the profitability of those customers so that the ultimate desirability of our leads can be established.
Results can be improved by decreasing call-back times, increasing the number of contact channels attempted, and adding more sales touches to the cycle. But if the final number does not work for a contractor's business or they are too frustrated with certain individuals leads to be satisfied by the net profitability of the entire relationship, then we ultimately have to agree that our service is not a good fit for them. However, hundreds of contractors in each home improvement trade we operate have decided that we are a valuable and dependable source of unique customers and new revenue.
