Puchased a dealership from Quality Systems/PermaCrete. Took the training and purchased several thousand dollars worth of product. The customer service is terrible and the product is even worse. Product failed 3 times and the company would not stand behind it and only gave excuses why it failed. If you are interested in becoming a dealer Beware! My advise, save your money and research other companies with far better products and support.

Permacrete concrete stain 4-4210
I retired from PPG after 20 years
I sold thousands of gallons of this product to home owners and comercial applications alike
this is one of the best products on the market
The only way for perm-crete concrete stain to fail in bad prep.
Like grease,not etching the surface,not long enough dry time,mold and mildew,old paint on surface Etc.
I have even seen people use a blow dryer which is a no no.
I have used and sold this product for years and still do.

The truth is a funny thing. Sure, he came for training, but not on the product hes complaining about. We have samples from him of the product he claims failed, and they were covered with dirt, i.e. he applied the product over a dirty floor! No companys product will adhere to a dirty surface. Nevertheless, we still gave him Free Product and even paid shipping to help him out, but that wasn't enough for him.
He wanted us to buy back his remaining product even though he signed Documents before becoming a Dealer that clearly states that is not our policy. Then, he wanted us to help him sell his remaining product to other Dealers, but we felt this was just an attempt to sour the relationship of other Dealers. We regret the project failed, but the truth is, he improperly applied the product.
