I purchase a transmission for my 2000 xk8 jaguar. i paid 1,665.00 for the part. The first transmission was sent and installed but after installation the mechanic realized the part was faulty he spoke to dale and another transmission was sent out and the first one picked up by carriers. The second transmission was faulty as well and i had to pay for installation and requested refund and quality used transmission agreed and send a courrier service to pick up the tranmission and stated that i would receive a refund . after several request i have never received my refund.
