They avertise that they have manuals for repairing equipment , so i ordered one for 29.95 , never received nothing other than a reciept of payment off card . So i emailed them back and asked what was going on , you took my money but never sent me anything . Gave me some excuse that it takes up to 24 hours , so i waited emailed them back and i have nothing , and said this is bad buiness on your part , all they did was sent me an email stateing that i was going to get refunded in 10 days . My guess is now they have card number and information on me and pretend to send my refund as they think that i would not do anything.
