 I need to set the record straight, these whole thing turns out to be a miscommunication on my part. Mr. Fitzgerald did in fact over me a refund and I misunderstood the amount. Further more Mr. Fitzgerald and Quantam Lead Solutions was still willing to work with me after me posting thse reports. Although I tried to take the report down, ripoff report will not let you, with that I would like to let you know QUANTAM LEAD SOLUTIONS and Mr. Fitzgerald are a great company to work with.

Whomever you believe makes no difference to me, I am just out to warn everyone. Just the fact that Mr. Fitzgerald threatened me with ruining my credit if I did not take is offer says alot about what kind of person and company you will have to deal with. I was willing to pay for the laeds and data cost that was discussed on the phone, until he changed the total in the email and that my freind is unprofessional and a scam artist.

The price he was told on the phone was $0.02 per name for data costs.  I discounted it further to $0.01 per name.  Came to $40 and he's crying and making this big case out of it because it wasn't $20. 

The liar here is Mark Bruno.  Sellers should beware.  He is petty and small and just looking for a free lunch.

I'm sure he'll rebutt this and come up wih some other lie as to why he's the victom here.  I've spent enough time on this little man.  We stand behind our products and so do our many many repeat customers.  This guy is just sad and bitter. 

So this is our last rebuttal to Mark.

 First off my order was not screwed up. They did not stay in the radius as discussed with Mr. Fitzgerald on the phone. Second Mr. Fitzgerald told me the data costs would be $20.00 ( which by the way are not in the contract, you pay per lead) plus the leads to cancel, I agreed to charging me the $20.00 plus the two leads that were in my state. Awhile later I get a email stating he did the math wrong and was no charging me $40.00 for the data plus the two leads and the one in another state. The company does not do what they say there are going to do so please BEWARE.

Mark Bruno here ordered sales leads from us.  We used the zip code that HE provided to order data and generate these leads.  He apparently entered the wrong zip code for his own order then got mad when we would not give him a full refund.  We had already purchased the data and produced 3 leads on his behalf.  He stated if we did not give him a full refund he would simply dispute his purchase with PayPal.  We refunded him for all leads not received minus the cost of the data, which we discounted to our actual cost, and the leads we created for him.  It's a completely fair offer.  We were out money on his behalf and we had processed the order exactly as he had submitted it.  That he submitted the wrong area is his responsiblity.  We also informed him that if he did reverse the charges from PayPal we would send him to collections per the contract on our order page.  His exact response:  

"Not only will I request the full refund I will  write reviews and blogs about your company, GOOD LUCK. Ask yourself if the bad publicity is worth the $30.00, I already have awful credit ,it’s not going to hurt me."

Today he did dispute the full amount with PayPal, and yes, we will send him to collections and I guess make his credit even worse.  Not that he cares as you can see.  

We offer a great product and have many positive reviews on the Insurance Forums.  Feel free to check us out.  As for Mr. Mark Bruno...  You simply can't make everyone happy.
