COMPUTER PURCHASED OVER INTERNET ON APRIL 10,2000(ORDER NO. 509351). AMOUNT WAS $1439.00 PAID BY CREDIT CARD. TODAY IS 2-6-2001. I NEED TO RETURN UNIT FOR REPAIRS. IT OVERHEATS, THUS SLOWS DOWN TO A CRAWL. ALL I GET FROM QUANTEX HOME PAGE, AS WELL AS OTHER SOURCES IS THAT QUANTEX IS CLOSED. FROM WHAT ALL I'VE READ ON THE SUBJECT QUANTEX COMPUTERS IS A RIP-OFF. I AM FEELING IT'S EFFECTS.

I WANT A TOTAL REFUND.
