Quantum Apartments I've called several times about listings on their site....NO RESPONSE. I been calling and emailing for a while and the same thing. After looking at many reviews I believe these people post apts of beautiful places that is not even theirs to get landlords or management companies to do business with them. They have few or no apts and they post listings pretending they are looking for tenants when in reality they are looking for Landlords and Management companies. these people are fraud chicago Illinois
