Payments were never more than 56% in any month. No Payments at all for the last 3 months. Nothing but excuses from Shane. He always buys a week or two and then never follows through. Text book example of a low level con man. He has done this to, at least, 20 people that I am aware of. Some of them have over $100k invested. It is a significan amount of money in total.

Washington State Attorney General did nothing and then closed the case. FBI was notified but had no interest so far. BBB took some action in one case that I know of. One person got a Default Judgement against both Mr. Donovan Moore personally and his company  QD. It was personal due to the obvious appearance of FRAUD.

Meanwhile, Mr. Donovan Moore continues to promote his fabulous success story on Instagram under Life of Shane Donovan. He appears to flaunt wealth and an affluent lifestyle while his investors wonder of they will ever recover. 

Mr.  Donovan Moore is also a professional Rugby player. His teammates apparently do not know tof his business dealings or they too would distance themselves.
