Quarterly, Inc Mishandled three consecutive orders. Purposely shipped wrong order on last shipment after withdrawing funds from customer account and then didn't respond to requests to rectify order. West Hollywood California

The first order I did not receive until after I requested a status update nearly a month after it should have arrived. Upon arrival the shipment had items that had ben previously used/opened. Before I received the second order the business withdrew the order amount five times from my checking account. The third order was not correct, when I requested the order be rectified they never responded back to me.
