Queenfy clothing Poor quality, refuse to take returns, will only give coupon to make you buy more crap from them  Internet

I ordered a dress online. I ordered one size up because I knew that I could have it altered if I needed to. The dress came but it was not in normal clothing material. It was a weird felt material and had holes in the seams. It also did not fit, it was too small. I contacted them and asked for the next size up. They said they would give me a coupon because it would cost me too much to ship it back to them. I said no, I told them either they could pay for the return and I'd take the next size up or they could give me my money back. No answer. I've contacted them again and still, no answer. 

I want to warn others to not buy their stuff.
