I won an auction on Quibids.com on December 1st and paid for it immediately by debit.  It posted to my Debit account Dec 3rd.  Received an email from Quibids today Dec. 4th informing me that the auction was canceled.  No explanation as to why the auction was canceled.  My account was also deactivated by Quibids.  I won a computer for a great price and now they are not honoring the auction.  They will not respond to any attempt I make to contact them.  Quibids is fraudulent in their actions and thieves.  Bewarned!

We will be seeking legal auction against this company.

Quibids site is not worth it

AUTHOR: Steve - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, April 29, 2010

Quibids is full of a bunch of dishonest liers and I would stay away from this dishonest site if you were smart.

I only had One login account with Quibids and my wife had only One account with Quibids and Both the CEO Matt and Josh at Quibids knew we both had accounts.  We both followed the terms of the site and were shafted by Quibids after I referred by bother to the site and He wanted to send his Neice an item that he won on Quibids as a gift to our address.  Even though he did not even live in the same city and was more than willing to send proof of his identity, they cancelled all of our accound because of the fact they thought my brother was me and that I openned a second account.  They did not even try to prove his identity or explain to any of us at first why they deactivated the 3 of our account.  There is nothing in their website that states that you cannot send an item to another person with an account on Quibids and they all know that is FACT.

Quibids is a very dishonest company with terrible customer service.  Ward is the worst employee at Quibids and does not even listen to what people tell him.

In fact, I am glad now that my account was cancelled and I am glad that I NEVER have to deal with this Dishonest website ever again.  I would STAY AWAY from Quibids if I was you.  The site seems great and that you can win great items for small amounts but that I definately not the case.  Watch the number of times the same people win all the big ticket items.  You will be wasting your time and definately lots of your well earned money!

TOO MANY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMERS

AUTHOR: Btous2 - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, April 29, 2010

I was just about ready to jump in and start bidding and thought I would check out RIP OFF REPORTS....

I will stay clear of any online auctions...There are too many "RED FLAG'S" regarding your company from different customers.

It would have been a great deal at a chance to save money, however I will elect to save and just buy retail.  I also have suggested this RIP OFF REPORT to my Facebook buddies so that they may be aware of the unsatisfied customers.

Violation of Terms & Conditions

AUTHOR: J4me - (United States of America)

POSTED: Monday, December 07, 2009

Hello there.  I work for Quibids and wanted to tell the reason as to why this person/family's accounts were deactivated.  Simply put, he/they violated our Terms & Conditions as seen under the Registration section (http://www.quibids.com/help_terms.php), which he/they agreed to when registering.  Each user can only register once and we had 3+ accounts tied to this person's billing and shipping information.  As a result, this person/their family won a combined total of 20+ items on our website in a span of a month.  In other words, although ironic, this person was ripping us off instead. Also worth noting under our "Account Termination" section of our Terms and Conditions, QuiBids reserves the right to "temporarily or permanently terminate a user's account at its sole discretion."  We want to give everyone as fair of a chance to win these auctions as possible.  By creating multiple accounts, one lessens that chance.

I hope you understand this and our business structure. Thank you for your time.

Jill
